In the UK, and in the wake of Apple’s Antennagate issues, Samsung has apparently offered those who are very dissatisfied with their iPhone 4s to replace them with a new Galaxy S.

To all Microsoft employees, that is. In an email circulated this week, Microsoft told its staff that they would all be getting a new Phone 7 device. The timing of this would be dependent upon local roll-out schedules. At least this ensures that there will more than the 503 Kins that were sold before it was decided to put that phone out of its misery.

Yep, that’s right. You can now get a coffee mug – called the Smug – that has a RFID tag embedded within it, and that tag contains details such as your account, and what your normal order at the coffee shop will be. Just scan the cup in the shop, and wait for the barista to make you your cup of Joe. More details...
